Wednesday, January 11, 2017. We finally got back into gymnastics. Leila is overly excited. And the littles had a good time playing. I feel like things are becoming fun again. I also want to get back into our co-op homeschool group. I have a friend joining me on Fridays for mini seminary lessons. I want to start making Thursday be our "outing day". And I've been doing better at homeschool (finally) for both Leila and Molly. Sunday, January 8, 2017. New Year, New Teachers, New Calling. Tyson's not a fan.

Thursday, March 31, 2016. This is the first time all month that I have had NOTHING on my calendar. No places to go. No people to see. No appointments to catch. No errands to run. So, I celebrated.by wearing my pajamas all day long just because I could. We did school, cleaned the house, did some laundry, watched a few episodes of Cupcake Wars, the kids did some rollerblading in the basement. I was happy to stay in the house. Thursday, December 29, 2016. Today some old friends, the Thornes, came over to visit and play. We ate lunch together. Talked and laughed together. The kids ate Harry Potter every flavor jelly beans together. Then later on, Eden did what Eden does best, plan a party. Eden is a party. This is where we are different. She is always ready to implement spontaneous, new ideas all the time. She has as big idea but her follow through is often lacking. I do not always do well with spontaneity. I started to fret.

Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Some more than others. Tyson had another really bad sick day. Eden started off pretty bad but improved a lot throughout the day. I am functioning at a much higher rate, but still not 100%. Everyone else just suffers from Cabin Fever. So, we drove to the library to drop off books (not getting out of the car). Went to the park across the street (while no one else was there). And went to Wendy's for Jr frostys for dessert (through the drive through). I'm just glad we got out today.

Saturday, April 30, 2016. Leonardo da Vinci and a Ward Talent Show. Today was a busy day. Perhaps too busy to come up with a clever or witty blog (not that my blog is ever clever or witty). We went to a Leonardo da Vinci exhibit at Union Station. I also made a tres leche cake for the ward talent show/auction tonight. Eden and Molly definitely did their part in the talent show. Performing the Nations of the World (by Animaniacs) and Molly performing her multiples of threes. They were a hit. But he made it.

Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Noah's Birth Story: 7-10-2013. This pregnancy was difficult to say the least. I had a lot more pain and discomfort then I did when I was pregnant with Noah.and a lot more stress! But then Friday came and I started contracting. I thought perhaps I had gone into labor on my own, and even earlier! So I got my epidural and it was heaven instantly! Only five hours of labor and only 5 pushes-2 contractions to push through! Friday, December 6, 2013. Already 4 months old! And his laugh is so cute! All you have to do is barely touch his tummy, legs, or neck, and he will start to giggle and squirm! One night he laughed for a good 5-10 minutes straight. It was hilarious! Sometimes sleeps through the night. YAY! He will sleep from 9pm to about 6 or even sometimes 7 am! Is definitely out of his 0-3 and into 3-6.more like 6 month clothes and still in size 2 diapers. He weighs 15 pounds! Is starting to enjoy baths and showers more.
