Sunday, April 26, 2009. Joe and I chose a Saturday to visit our alma. Mater and watch the Laker's. Baseball team. Unfortunately, the forecast wasn't in our favor. We decided to go anyway and watched a whole half of an inning before the games were canceled. So we did the next best thing, went to the local bar and watched the draft with friends. Monday, February 1, 2010. We're having a baby. We found out in early December and are currently at 12 weeks! Joe found out by opening an early Christmas present. We had an early ultrasound to confirm that there was just one baby, (and there is) since we conceived using fertility drugs. We have been taking lots of pictures so I of course can scrapbook everything! At our first ultrasound the baby measured right on size and we were able to see the heartbeat. It was beating at 167 bpm! It's a quick one.

Monday, April 5, 2010. I am now about 21 weeks along and we had our ultrasound to find out if it was a little boy or little girl. Much to my suprise, it was a boy. I was pretty convinced it was a girl.Otherwise, everything else looked healthy and it was great to see the little guy moving around inside! This is at about 18 weeks. Here is our sneak peek at what the little guy is going to look like! Here at 20 weeks my baby books say that the baby is the size of a banana (length wise)!

Monday, February 1, 2010. Its been a week since we first started attempting to train James to use the potty. I've about torn out my hair in frustration when he seemed to purposely have "accidents" because he knew. Wanted him to use the potty. Three potty's, a great DVD and a whole slew of stickers later, I feel we have achieved success! But then the days were exhausting and I was feeling anxious and frustrated, which I KNOW was affecting him. :o(. He had no more pee accidents! It was a complete change!
