Tuesday, 30 June 2009. Day 45- Cat Scratch Fever- Get Over it-Bike Park. After Bob's Rebob I took Mark on his first run thru River Runs thru it. He had some bad SPD moments- never nice on woodwork and then he sorta rode the log bridge holding onto the ropes and feeding them thru his hands- so I sent him back to ride it properly. He reluctantly but successfully made it. Got home and ended up on the phone outside for 30 mins while trying to get my armour off but I decided to join the Heli Drop for tomorrow.
