the flanerie | an idle stroll through our days
An idle stroll through our days. The arrival of winter. June 5, 2014. There is a tree out the front of our house which fills me with happiness. In summer it is the most radiant green and shelters our garden from the heat. But its real beauty lies in autumn when it turns the most magnificent shades of red, orange and yellow. Over the past few weeks I have been watching the colours change. Last week the leaves started falling. On one particular day, so many fell that it sounded like rain. May 29, 2014.

The Flaneurist | Art for Art’s Sake
June 3, 2009 at 9:06 am ( Interview. A lot of work goes into standing still – perfectly and completely still. Self-discipline is the key. You have to uphold constant control of each limb, each muscle. Physically it’s exhausting. But living statues must remain unaffected by their surrounding environment even if it is a bustling audience willing them to move. No nuance of thought is allowed to register on the face. They have to hide their breathing. Jason recently performed at the. Premiere. He was pai...

The Flâneur Project
Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Every morning, after the alarm beeps, after the cereal is poured, and after the unwanted emails are deleted from my phone, I venture to work at the Museum of Modern Art. I love working there. And one of the things I love so much about working at MoMA is coming to MoMA everyday. I take full advantage of my staff pass, often journeying into the museum galleries to see both the permanent and special exhibitions. Today I saw the new exhibition "Talk to Me.". Check out "Talk to Me".

I am “one to watch”. 8230; I don’t feel like I have much to show (you can agree with me after seeing this very bare website), but am very happy (and a little bit proud) that this amazing organization – Design Council – has selected me as one of the 70 new talents to keep an eye on : ).
