Having fished the Lower laguna Madre since his childhood years and having graduated from the bait and lure ranks the fish hardly stand a chance! A graduate of the University of Texas-Brownsville and former elementary school teacher, Capt. Mark has the knowledge and skill to help even the novice fly fisher succeed on the flats! Fishing Report for the Lower Laguna Madre "On The Fly"! May 10, 2014 - The day prior had me poling shallow and deeper flats with little success off of South Padre Island. High winds and cloudy conditions made it difficult for my client Arnold from Austin to get proper shots. Arnold came armed with a very progressed cast that he did not have back in August of last year. The third time is the charm Arnold. Hope to see you back soon!

July 26, 2015. August 13, 2015. I only had to pull a few prints before I realized the table works great! I didn’t want to waste paper after I saw that the table was functioning as it should so I only pulled 4 prints in total, but I’m very pleased with the outcome. There were some things I didn’t like in regards to the ink and paper, but I’d rather not badmouth a brand considering my limited paper printing experience. Overall, the test was a success!
