Vi har åtta öl på fat hela tiden och under sommaren när vädret tillåter ytterligare sex öl i vår utebar. Det är framför allt våra egna öl men även öl från Odd Brewing Co som brygger hos oss. Bland flaskölen hittar du öl från andra mikrobryggerier som Byaregårdens Brygghus, Sandt bryggeri och Halmstad Brygghus och framledes förhoppningsvis ännu fler. Bryggeriet startades 2013 och vi som driver det heter Philip och Elisabeth Nicholson. Eftersom Phil är från England föll det sig naturligt att brygga öl av brittisk typ efter traditionella recept. Vi använder oss i mesta möjliga mån av engelsk humle och malt. Vi finns i mellersta Halland, mellan Varberg och Falkenberg, ca 15 km från kusten.
