If you were to have the choice of chocolate, vanilla or strawberry which would you choose? 1 t baking powder. 2 T boiling water. Beat eggs with salt and sugar until pale and thick. Sift flour and baking powder fold in lightly. Then add melted butter and boiling water. Pour into a lined tin, keeping it thin. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 190C. 1 1/2 c fruit.

Wednesday, March 30, 2011. 200g sweet pastry (if buying never go cheap. it usually tastes like margarine - always be true to edmonds). 150ml cream or milk for a healthier option. 2 eggs whisked lightly. 2 T golden syrup. 1/2 t ground ginger. Bake the pastry blind in a pie or flan dish. Steam bake or boil the pumpkin. Just make sure it is dry and not soggy if boiled. Cool the pumpkin slightly and puree with cream, mixing well.
