Newer posts →. Butter Chicken (Murg Makhani). February 11, 2013. Karen @ The Food Charlatan. So are you guys ready for Valentine’s Day this week? I feel like it’s everywhere. And I haven’t even been down the seasonal aisle at Target yet. (Okay, I’ll be honest, if I had been down that aisle, it would have been the one at Walmart. Not Target. Because I’m super classy.). This Indian dish will make you feel good too. My brother Nathan. Butter Chicken (Murg Makhani). 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt. In a medium bo...

Poppyseed Chicken Casserole | The Food Charlatan

French Onion Soup →. March 4, 2013. Karen @ The Food Charlatan. Can anybody say “crowd-pleaser”? That’s exactly what this recipe is. I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t like this Poppyseed Chicken; there is a reason that there are about 900 variations floating around the internet. This is down-home, no-fuss comfort food. Take their leash off. Let go of their hand, or who are fond of streaking in public.) What if I were having a second baby and already had a hooligan child? 1 1/2 cups light sour cream.

March 6, 2013. Karen @ The Food Charlatan. Eric and I live in the 20th century. I think I get it from my parents, who didn’t even get a DVD player until a couple years ago. (I think it was mostly because my mom loved her sports-car-shaped-VHS-rewinder. So much and couldn’t bear to accept that once she got a DVD player it would be useless.). Here, just buy the scale! I think the moral of the story here is that Eric’s dad needs to cut back on the Cheez-its when he goes on a road trip. Source: Table for Two.

Roasted Carrots with Dill. Chicken Enchilada Soup →. February 25, 2013. Karen @ The Food Charlatan. Eric and I have a goal this year to have more fun. I know that sounds kind of silly and generic, but we really mean it. By “have fun” we mean both that we want to make more awesome memories, and also that we want to find ways to have more fun doing all our regular stuff. Skiing down a slippery mountain, you would understand.). These biscuits are fun too. (See how awesome we are doing on our goal? Sprinkle ...

PATRICK ● ALISHA ● MEGAN ● ABIGAIL. Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Happy 2nd Birthday Abigail! Our little Abby is two. She is growing up so fast! I may be the worst picture taker ever the past little while, but I at least wanted to post what I have and put up a few memories about her. Not that I don't love her, she's just a lot to handle. :). One of her most common phrases is "Sorry momma." She says it all the time! Other words and phrases I love to hear her say:. Meggy, are ya? Meaning where are you? Her favo...

Thursday, December 8, 2011. Or "aren't you two old enough to get along with each other? We spent the night at my dad's house on Tuesday night and it was fun to be able to spend some time with him. Wednesday we went to the sealing which was AMAZING! We were sad that we didn't get to see Curtis' family for Thanksgiving but grateful that we live so close to them. Cute, happy people that I love! December 11, 2011 at 6:03 PM. Aw i love this! I didnt know they were getting sealed though! That is so great!

http://thehenriehouse.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html

Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Job hunting and law school. With all of the moving we've been doing we've heard the questions "so what's next, where are you headed to? I was so excited! They gave me a list of schools that were open in the district and I was able to pick whichever school I wanted from the list. I decided on a School in Orem, near where Curtis grew up and I'm excited to start working there in the Fall. Saturday, April 16, 2011. Friday, April 8, 2011. Why so many Jelly Belly's you ask? PATRICK ● ALISHA ● MEGAN ● ABIGAIL. Tuesday, December 2, 2014. Abby is 18 months. How did that happen! Especially in the blogging world. No updates on this babe until now. Abby's 1st birthday. What a doll. Abby loved the water and splash pad this summer. She was certainly braver than Megan at the splash pad. We went to Stake Lagoon Day and Abby loved the rides she could ride with Megan. She wants to be just like her big sis. She's a mischievous baby for sure! Other things about this munchkin:. She doesn'...

http://busygal-sharon.blogspot.com/2014/05/field-trips-and-montana-mom.html

My Life interests, hobbies, activities, family and pursuits. Friday, May 30, 2014. Field Trips and Montana Mom. This was a little guy we saw on the field trip, it was just basking in the sun. He is a little hard to see in the grass. And this little guy was staying cool in the shade. The kids were reminded not to pick them up and move them because they will spend their lives within a 10 or so foot radius which is their habitat and may not be able to survive it they were picked up and moved. Curtis & Aubrey : February 2011

http://thehenriehouse.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html

Sunday, February 13, 2011. A celebration, Vegas, and a little bit of history. At lunch I turned my cellphone on and I got two texts from Curtis saying congratulations, I had passed! I have been so worried about this test because you have three tries to pass and if you don't pass you don't graduate. I was even more nervous because only one person out of ten passed on their first try last year. It was such a relief to know that I didn't have to study for a retake! Thanks Craig and Jen! Curtis and I were ma...

Sunday, January 16, 2011. St George and life. On January 2nd, we packed (more like stuffed) our car with all of the belongings we could fit in it and headed down to St. George so I could do an internship at Dixie Regional Hospital for ten weeks. Thankfully Curtis was able to come with me on this adventure because spending ten weeks without him would be quiet tragic! We are currently living with our friend James's parents in their basement, and we are SO grateful to them for letting us live here! Curtis a...

Curtis & Aubrey : Yellowstone

http://thehenriehouse.blogspot.com/2012/06/yellowstone.html

Thursday, June 21, 2012. We decided to stay at a camp site in the park and it worked out great! There were clean bathrooms (with running water! From The Lower Falls:. This was the trail down into the canyon. It lead to a view of the Lower Falls from below. There were 328 stairs to climb each way and my thighs were burning! These next pictures were taken from the different Geyser Basins throughout the park, Norris, Upper Geyser Basin, Midway Geyser Basin and Lower Geyser Basin. The colors were amazing!

My Life interests, hobbies, activities, family and pursuits. Friday, May 30, 2014. Dinner Night with Chef Tanner. Wednesday's are Tanner's night to cook dinner for the family. I found this recipe on my email and it looked yummy and easy. So I challenged Tanner to get the ingredients to make these Fabulous Wet Burritos and they turned out amazing. As Wednesday night chef Tanner made our Burritos our way. The flour tortillas were suppose to be 12 inch but these babies are huge-my guess is 14. Crumble groun...

O'ma Spoon @ 313 Orchard. Living in a country that experiences heat waves more than half a year makes us exceptionally attractive to icy dessert vendors. thefoodchatter | Let's talk about food.

Let's talk about food. February 14, 2011. The dawning of this epicurean journey had its roots in our little pastry experimentation. The kitchen, hidden amongst countless others, in the concrete jungle of blocks somewhere in Singapore’s west provided the exact inspiration needed. That was the very moment when my wife hollered to me from the kitchen proclaiming her success in our first Yakult yoghurt cake. Error: Twitter did not respond.
