Sad, depressing and lots of new options to think about. Dr K : Well I do about 200 knee re-con a year and see someone like you every 3-4 years. Me: Wow I must be Special. Dr K: Ummmm what to do, what to do. Me: Just Fix IT. My options that were given to me by my surgeon are as follows. Run Happy Run Well.

I went on Monday to the pool and did my huge 20 minute session and felt good , the knee was a bit sore in the morning but I went back this morning and did another session in the water a big 10 min session and an upper body weights workout.
