This is a deliciously moist cake that everyone will love. The recipe is quite easy and can be made in about 1 hour including cooking time! 3 cups all-purpose flour. 3 cups white sugar. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil. 3 cups grated carrots. 1 jar Duncan Hines Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting (it's the best). Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease and flour 9 x 13 pan.
