Wednesday, August 12, 2015. We spent today in Pigeon Forge. It is super touristy and garish. The boys loved it. :). Actually, we spent our day at "The Island" which is a collection of shops, restaurants and such off the main drag. A friend of mine had mentioned the Ferris wheel to us, so I knew I wanted to take the boys on it. Each car is enclosed glass and air conditioned. We loved it- the views were spectacular!
