Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Friday we woke up to about 14 inches of snow on the ground. Unfortunately, we had my first Dr. Appt to go to so we bundled up the kids and dropped them off at Jen's house. It was blizzard conditions and only the Dr's and receptionists were at the office! Tuesday, April 14, 2009. We are back from Texas. We had a really good time. On Friday we had a real Texas day! We took Preston for a ride in the back of the riding lawnmower, went to eat some Randy Whites BBQ and then went to the gun range, where it was date night! We also went to Ikea, which is always fun. On our way back, Tim (Alan's Dad) gave Gracie some Swedish Dark Chocolate. Preston kept telling us sissy was squishing her chocolate. This is what he meant. We had an egg hunt. Played some Corn Hole.

Tuesday, October 27, 2009. Today is my mom's 50th birthday. Thanks mom for being the best mother i could have asked for and for making Alan part of our family. Wednesday, May 19, 2010. To say I have neglected blogging would be a HUGE understatement! We have been very busy. A day or so after we got home from Florida in February we found out our landlord was selling our house! So we spent a frantic month trying to find somewhere to live, you see in a small town like ours rentals are slim pickings.When you find one you have to jump on it, we saw this house on a Thursday and had moved in by the following Tuesday! Lomi (Brianne’s dog) was supposed to be Toto, but Adam poo-pooed our Idea to spray paint her black :( We also had Buzz (Alan’s brother) and Amanda over with Jacob who was Buzz Light-year and Cha Cha who was Woody. We had fun despite the horrible mosquitos and 80 degree weather. We also spent time at Disney and Sea World while we were home visiting. Just some of the things we do around here. Monday, June 30, 2008. Every 3 years Jason's mom's side of the family has a family reunion at the end of June. We now have four generations thanks to Wyatt and Noah! This year we met in Divide, CO at the Rocky Mountain Mennonite Camp. It was very beautiful. I'm not sure why I don't have any pics of the mountains. Here is a pic from the road on the way from our cabin down to the building with the lodge and dining hall. We spent a lot of time working on puzzles.
