Thursday, January 16, 2014. The British Isles: Part IV. We arrived in Liverpool the following morning, and it was probably my least favorite port. We had to take a tender to shore, and then walk what felt like two miles along a terrible walkway and security. We first went to Conwy Castle, which is a medieval castle built by Edward I. The stonework and views from the top towers were amazing. We made it back just in time to change and make it to dinner only a few minutes late! Sunday, November 10, 2013.
