There is nothing better on a hot summer day than an ice cold can of Mountain Dew soda. Many of my friends in the theater world also love Mountain Dew. When I came across a recipe for Mountain Dew Cupcakes, I knew I had to make them. These cupcakes are moist, citrus-y and delicious. And the recipe couldn't be easier! May 12, 2010. Made this three layer delicious chocolate goddess for my Boss' B-day! It turned out AMAZINGGG! Three layers of milk chocolate cake with a lite mousse in the middle layers with a light mousse layer on the outside. Covered in dark chocolate ganache and topped with crushed almond roca and blackberries. The base had small swirls of choclate fudge frosting. Need I say more? This is a Woman's Delight!
