Hi folks, just a quick note to say I am still about and still training I didn't get out Sunday because I only had 3 hours sleep Sunday morning courtesy of the clocks moving forward, and my date with my stand at the West Country Wedding Show on the Sunday. I am really focused. Again, and I am looking into joining my local gym and getting up early and going before work. The eating plan is back on track (except today, Lou in St Austell. Put on a big spread for a meeting! Anyway going for a quick bike ride, speak to you soon. And used about 15 of my 24 gears!
