Monday, June 30, 2014. This made me kinda sad, families meeting at the border to talk to each other through the fence. Graduated - sign me up! Thursday, June 19, 2014. We went to the San Diego County Fair. one of my favorite places to go each year. We go after I get off work at 2 pm on a day when Chris is off. Most people are at work or school, so it's not too crowded! My favorite - Aussie Chips which are battered fried potatoes with ranch and cheese! We ARE getting older! See you again next year, fair!

Monday, August 26, 2013. On hot days we like to head down to Mission Bay for some paddle boarding and kayaking. Jon Cheryl Brady Mallory Ranger. Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Mallory got her ears pierced a few weeks ago. We decided to do it while she was little and wouldn't mess with them. She did great! Jon held her (because I was such a wimp, I could barely watch). We kept dipping her pacifier in orange soda - isn't sugar a natural anesthetic? She was so brave! Here is the little cutie pie just moments after - the tears already gone! I am so proud of all of you! She is such a cutie and she did so good! Way to go guys!

Wednesday, October 30, 2013. I love Facebook - it helps us keep in touch with friends all over the world. Our volleyball friend from Brazil contacted us as he was passing through the US, and we were able to hook up with friends for lunch down on the water. Ally hung out longer and did some touristy things like visited La Jolla and toured the USS Midway. I made raspberry - it has way less sugar than regular jam so it's a bit more tart and not as firm. Friday, December 20, 2013. Trim Up the Tree! This year we got a real tree since we no longer have the cats. Ally has been waiting. She, Bree, and I picked it up and somehow got it home and set up. Tuesday, January 28, 2014. A Little Sip of Heaven. That's what I say when I taste a great coffee drink! I got this at Olive Garden the other day. a hazelnut caramel macchiato. Oh MAN!
