Jesh, Molly, Reese and Caedmon. Sunday, April 15, 2012. Super Reese to the rescue! Reese's cousin, Menias, turned three this past week and had all his friends over for a superhero party on Saturday. Jesh and I loved putting together Reese's costume! The best part was her gold cape, provided by her AWESOME Auntie Abby who made it and shipped it to us just for the party! There were a few other superheroes at the party, too. Super Sydney kissing her daddy. And Super Emery :o). Caleb, Liz, Menias and Emery.

One of the few recipes of hers that I'm not intimidated by :o). Kale chips. Recipe. By Jessica, a girl from Denver. Made these for Jesh as a snack. About three months ago he started a new "diet" that basically consists of meat and vegetables.hence the vegetable snack. These are actually light and satisfying at the same time. I had wondered for months what labor and delivery would be like this time and tried my best not to expect the same situation and circumstances as Reese's birth (which, as far as home births go, was remarkably calm and pretty fast). We are so glad God added her to our family. She has been such a blessing. As always, they met new friends, learned lots of new tricks, and participated in a great recital! Sophy has a beautiful cartwheel and handstand.especially for a 5 yr. old! She loves climbing, and flipping, and racing around the gym. Our little man is fearless! Hayley really improved this year! She has mastered backbends and back walk-overs and is close to a front handspring! Not so idle hands.

This year was special because it was Hayley's first recital with costume on the big stage! She has been waiting and waiting for her chance to have a special leotard and show. She loved it! Her class was so cute. Kyra and Myles are apart of an advanced class for their age and their performance was amazing! Monday, September 12, 2011. 2nd Post-op ENT visit for Jake. Okay, Joel and I can breathe again! As the parents having to take good care and extra precautions with an inner eardrum that is having to heal on a very ACTIVE 4 year old, is very stressful! So hearing those words from the doctor at that moment.life was GOOD! The doctor said that the absorbable packing was still sitting on the graft and when he blew air into the ear he could see the eardrum move, which is a good sign that the graft is taking!
