My boyfriend and I stuffed our faces full of ham and mashed potatoes. Then we realized we had 8 pounds of ham in the fridge. What to do with 8 pounds ham? Soups, chowders, and chilis! This is a rich chowder but the flavors are not overwhelming and it is great left over. 10 stripes of bacon, chopped. 1 onion, chopped. 1 c carrots, diced.

My curve was a 30 degree (on top) S curve and I was really surprised. Just looking at me you couldn’t tell that I had scoliosis at all! I was told that I needed to wear a “rigid brace”, and at first I was pretty upset. But trust me, you get used to it very fast!
