Friday, 10 October 2008. Very pleased it's Friday. Absolutely shattered after two leaving dos this week. I can't take the pace any more. Also really busy at work, not least because we're completely re-doing the website. My choice to do so, which I'm now fast regretting. It will look good on my CV though. We're also moving offices in a few weeks so everything is mayhem. The timing couldn't be much worse for us, but don't these things always happen like that? Maybe I've just been here for too long.

Wednesday, 26 March 2008. Anyway, the food in the Sea Shell was tasty and prompt, so we had a really pleasant evening. I think that's evident from Peter's beaming smile when his fish arrived! Glory hunters we are not. Well, what can I say except I wish working weeks were only 4 days long every week. It was so nice to have a long weekend, although granted the weather could've been better. Tuesday, 8 July 2008. I need to blog more regularly! I've forgotten what's happened, although I'll try and recall a few details. Stocked up on wine and good food. On the last day a little barn owl landed on our doorstep! We'd been wondering what the squawking noise was outside the gite every night and then the little culprit turned up, a little surprised to be out in the sun and out of its nest!
