September 4, 2015. Roll the homemade flatbread dough thin and place onto a BBQ pizza pan. Lightly coat the pan with olive oil to prevent sticking. Clean and quarter two peppers and place on the grill to roast. Once roasted remove and set aside to cool. The Captain also likes to try his hand at food photography.
