Noah, His Wife and The Ark: August 2011
http://noahhiswifeandtheark.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 11, 2011. Catching Up on the Catch Up. 7 Months later. I think it's time for another update. Is now this big one. He is a walking ball of jolly energy! We had a blast camping in Big Sur with him (and his Mom and Dad) this summer. He loved the beach and wanted to use his new found walking skills to go straight out into the waves. Our little Pixie has gone from 3 lbs. 3 oz. at 7 months. To 4 lbs. 4 oz. at 16 months. What she lacks in size she makes up for in tenacity. I got this in the mail.

Noah, His Wife and The Ark: Polly Wanna "Barrett"
http://noahhiswifeandtheark.blogspot.com/2010/05/polly-wanna-barrett.html
Friday, May 28, 2010. I believe one of the best ways to gauge the kind of words spoken in ones home is to have a parrot. A parrot that LOVES to repeat what he hears. Tarzan is just that, a parrot with an extensive vocabulary. I took it as a good sign when one of his first noises he mimicked was laughter. We have plenty of that in our home. Come to think of it he also would do a monkey call, so. My poor Barrett is being scolded by the bird all day long. May 29, 2010 at 10:11 AM. Better but not the best.

Noah, His Wife and The Ark: July 2009
http://noahhiswifeandtheark.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 31, 2009. She's on the Mend. She thought my Yoga mat was a picnic blanket - so we had a picnic. I think I like picnics more than yoga. We added "Lamby" from Build-A-Bear to our family. She likes the box it came in best. She has since added lots more paint, pompoms, feathers, and glitter to "Lamby" house. Her parents have called and asked when they can have her back. I'm thinking sometime around 2021, when she turns 16. Labels: The Little One. Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Its 9:45, she still sound...

Noah, His Wife and The Ark: October 2012
http://noahhiswifeandtheark.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 19, 2012. She's isn't waiting for me. To catch up on this last year and a half. I want everything documented in perfect words to portray our lives since she danced into it, but I can't seem to find words that fit everything we feel and how blessed we've been. She's not slowing down and things keep getting better, so I figured I should put something down for the sake of memories. And then there is this. She kind of likes books. This is a library book we got a few days ago. C jane enjoy it.

Noah, His Wife and The Ark: The L&D Script
http://noahhiswifeandtheark.blogspot.com/2010/05/l-script.html
Thursday, May 13, 2010. Welcome to Labor and Delivery, I’ll be your Nurse for the day. Yep me, the one who’s kinda crazy thanks to a good 5 years of infertility. I have a pretty convincing “I’m a student nurse and couldn’t be happier to help you! 8221; façade when I mutter the following lines:. Oh I see, you’re 19 and this is your 3rd? I’m sorry, that must be rough. You already have two girls and you really wanted a boy this time but got. Life isn’t fair, is it? This makes up for it though…. Halloween On...

Noah, His Wife and The Ark: Nursing School Confessions
http://noahhiswifeandtheark.blogspot.com/2010/04/nursing-school-confessions.html
Friday, April 9, 2010. I failed my IV skills test. Yep, I start countless IV’s, on little old folk, with little spidery veins, in the back of moving ambulances, with my eyes closed (not really, practically though), and I failed this skill on testing day. It went like this…. She snorts. Umm, no…but I was planning on using the 2 hours to practice, ma’am. Well come on in, this should be. Demonstrated, I used two pieces of tape to secure the IV instead of three, was I. For it to be ripped out with my two mea...

Noah, His Wife and The Ark: August 2009
http://noahhiswifeandtheark.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 31, 2009. For two months this was my life. Redecorating a bathroom with a cherry and lemon theme so yellow the camera couldn't handle it. Making a Karlee Fuchs (I think her last name might beat mine) drawstring bag and an Amy Bulter messenger bag. Note: Karlee Fuchs’ pattern, awesome and easy, Amy Butler’s, not so much. Hanging some pictures and shelves in our bedroom that we've had since we bought the house. And hanging out with this cutie. Now this is my life and what I hang out with.
