The Golden Elm began over 12 years ago in an MMO called Asheron's Call. At one point we grew to 10k members over the seven years we played there. When WoW came out, a few of us migrated and began exploring Azeroth together. We started on a central time zone server and quickly discovered our Aussie friends couldn't connect to anything but a west coast server, so we ditched our level 10s and changed to Lightbringer so everyone in the original guild could play together. We've been here ever since.
