The Gospel and Me. Tuesday, June 17, 2014. The Ordination of Women. I have had a lot of thoughts swirling around in my head about Ordain Women and the push for women to get the priesthood. Here are a few of the thoughts I have had:. I am a child of God first, and a daughter of God second. When I first heard of OW I was shocked. I spent hours and hours looking on Pinterest trying to decide what to do. I didn't like anything I saw so it remained on my "to-do" list. We went down to Glenwood awhile back and Beau took a bunch of pictures. It then hit me that we could do a collage! We then had to get photos of a few other locations and gather family photos. For our tenth anniversary (belated since it was in January), Beau and I went to San Diego for a three day weekend. We went to the Mormon Battalion Museum, Old San Diego, the USS Midway, Disneyland (we even ate at Blue Bayou! And walked around the beach a bit. We had so much fun! At the USS Midway.
