Sophie helping Dad pile up the fire pile. Lilacs are in bloom. A peek inside the barn basement. Lots of work to be done here. someday. Doors were stained and hung. Looking from the back porch into the living room. It will be a great area to entertain in. We have counter tops! Honed black soapstone on the kitchen counters and in the window sills.

An entire week of sunshine and record breaking temps really helped to dry things out and green things up. Loving the blue sky, bluebells and sunshine! Since it has dried up around the house, here's a tour of the exterior starting at the front porch. We're anxious to get the columns painted then the porch will "pop.". Our lovely dirt backyard.
