Following is a sampling of what you may find on any visit to The Green Door. Everything is gluten free and vegan in the list below (with exceptions). Green Bean Salad with fresh dill. Vegetarian, Local and Organic since 1988. Conditions permitting, we will have local asparagus on the menu by the middle of May, as well as wild fiddleheads. We are told by one of our farmers that she will have spinach for us well before the end of the month. Lettuces and cabbages have been planted in the fields. We have been working with local growers for many years. Through these relationships we are able to bring the freshest local produce into our kitchen.
