Most of the time I must say I'm just lazy: I have an article to write about homemade yogurt for example and I know this one will take time to write. So today I decided to write about small, easy, random (and short to write about) tricks I do all the time. Trick n°1: use reusable shopping bags. Marilyn Monroe T-shirt bag. An eco-friendly life story. Mar 30, 2012. Homemade lip balm and massage bar. A balm is basically made of (bee)wax and oils. Contrary to a cream, which is an emulsion, a balm is only composed of fat material and quite easy to make. It nourishes (and does not moisturize) the skin, and leave a fat protective film on the skin. Marbrage au cintre canalisé. Je me suis lancée dans le marbrage au cintre. Pas très rassurée par ce marbrage à l'aveugle, je me suis aidée de cloisons pour diriger la pâte au centre. Violet : oxyde bleu pigment rose fluo. Rose néon (qui paraît pêche sur la photo, mais qui de toute façon tire sur le pêche). Petit grain, bois de hô et géranium. J'ai donc disposé 2 cloisons en forme de V. Dans mon moule en plexi. En les tenant d'une main, j'ai rempli les côtés (pâte verte et pâte rose) et le centre (violet).
