Rock n roar weekend in DC. We went to Washington DC to help Anaiya celebrate the big 5. It was a great way to get away for the weekend and spend lots of cousin time. We hit the space museum on Friday afternoon. Then Dawn was nice enough to let us crash at their place. The kids had a great time playing together and attempting a sleepover (it ended with everyone in their own rooms around 9:30). And the adults had a great time hanging out and catching up. It was a great year for the first "Love Fam Sibling Christmas Party." We all just got to go out and have a good time together.just adults. We had such a great time we are starting a monthly sibling night out! Just a little glimpse. Another successful year of baking cookies. Casey was a huge help this year and started to show Kenz the ropes. They especially had a great time decorating the sugar cookies. It is a must to pose with a peace sign these days, not sure why. We also spend days:. Teaching Isaac about not to touch the dogs (although he and Marius have kinda become best buds). Teaching Anaiya not to touch Isaac. Dancing in the rain. Monday, February 1, 2016. The ice storm left us with some work to do in the yard, and since it was in the 60s on Sunday, we hopped to it. Not on the porch steps, like we wanted, but on the many branches that crashed. After a nice whining fit, we all worked really hard and felt great doing it. Don't let the ladybug fool you, she picked up buckets of pine cones. Isaac: Oh, I sorry Naiya! Anaiya: No, it wasn't your fault, it was Doctor Doom. Nice change of pace for Mom. He replied, "I do want to go downstairs, but I want Daddy to take me." Dad got up for the sake of the grammar. Isaac was practicing gymnastics with Anaiya and landed bottom first on some blocks.
