Sunday, December 26, 2010. My New Year Resolution. I'm not big on New Year resolutions. Too often, I find that I'm trying to externally patch some problem by simply resolving to stop rather than dealing with whatever deeper root cause. This being the case, I too often fail at whatever I am undertaking because I'm attempting to treat a symptom rather than the problem. For maximum portability and ease of study. I'm a little nervous that I won't be able to stick it out for 4 months, but why let that stop me?

Friday, May 20, 2011. What Have We Been Up To? We have been cleaning (and now unpacking). We've said tons of goodbyes. We've been humbled by our friends who sent us out with love and lots of prayers. With the help of our new church family we moved into a beautiful house. We have fallen in love with Maysville. And the amazing people who have so lovingly welcomed us. Hopefully soon I can actually post some faces but a picture of the church will have to do for now. This last month has just been crazy!

Well one year ago today I was in labor and my little boy was preparing to enter the world. It's just so hard to believe. I can remember the early morning hours of Aiden's.
