Weepy Laundry and Bodily Betrayal. For a couple of hours today, I thought that maybe the awareness would make it easier. I’ve decided that the awareness makes it worse. I’m trying really hard to do what I can to help myself. I have a bedtime. I drink a lot of water. I take vitamins and supplements. I try to eat twice a day. I try to keep doing yoga. I take warm showers. None of it seems to be helping. I think that’s why it’s hard to get out of bed. Is this a poem? I need a poem for a scholarship contest.
