PR information and more about us. Friday, 7 August 2015. A year on, the same feelings again. So here I am, a year on (minus two days) with the exact same feelings as this time last year. The raise and fall of my temperature. The loss of appetite at every meal. Or the feeling of being ill soon after eating. The constant niggle of bad thoughts, and what ifs. The on and off dull achy pain in the pit of my stomach, churning and turning all the while. So why do I feel these feelings now, and this past week?

Day 36 – Day 42 #100happydays. February 17, 2014. Day 36 was a mammoth day. I can be the queen of busyness, but this took the biscuit. Falling in the door at 18.10 having been on the go since 06.00, then bathing and reading to the kids before tucking them up tight and back out of the door by 19.15 was a challenge.
