Sunday, May 31, 2009. The predicament of food. Love food. both wes. I enjoy cooking and i also like to bake, meaning there's usually something fairly tasty to eat here as far as leftovers go. and we gerbickians. Are on a tight budget. it's not like we're headed to the poor house or anything, but with one income we can't be extravagant and thoughtless with our spending. we often scrutinize what we are buying each month to keep ourselves in check, but not in a bad way, right? What's wrong with that, right?

Monday, January 13, 2014. So today is a snow/weather/calamity day. whatever it's called now, it's still a kid's favorite day and a parent's nightmare, especially after 2 weeks of winter break! This morning has not been stellar, right? So yea, to make a crappy morning better, the girls decide to watch dora the explorer. ugh! I can hardly contain my distaste for dora any longer. i have already told them under no circumstances can they watch caillou. for maybe ever, right? And i think i should get a bit mor...
