Thanks to my husband, who has become a juicing expert with each new juice experiment:). Juice all the ingredients together and pour it in a glass. Enjoy it while its fresh. Note: For summers, try to refrigerate the fruits before juicing so that you can enjoy chilled juice. Using ice will dilute the flavor.

Its made within 20-30 minutes and tastes yummy. 1 cup whole wheat four. 1/2 cup jaggery (chopped). 1 Heat ghee in a pan. When ghee gets warm, add whole wheat flour to it. 2 Roast it for about 10-15 minutes on low-medium flame until the mix turns golden brown and fragrant. 4 Grease a steel plate and pour the mixture.
