Wednesday,12th of June. Barbell Squats with 40 kg. Measured bodyfat at 14%. Weight was 72 kg. Friday, 13th of January 2012. Kettlebells with OG - did some supervised swings with 20kg kettle. A good week on the gym front. Went to Gym on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On the 10th of January went to first swimming lesson in WH. The instructor is very good. Wednesday and Thursday night I practiced swings, deadlifts and figures of eight at home. Have hospital appointments on 27th and 30th of January.
