In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together until smooth. Add the sugar and beat on low speed until incorporated. Increase the speed to high and mix until light and fluffy. Set aside. Second make the pancakes. 1 cups all-purpose flour. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda.
