A whirlwind of a weekend! This weekend was one of my favorite weekends.THE POULTRY FESTIVAL! It is three days of fun and it is always hot! We kicked off the weekend with family night at the fest. We took Luke to ride the rides and he loved it! He is pretty fearless! We had so much fun (aside from waiting out the rain in the fire department). We had some late nights but Luke really enjoyed himself this year! Sunday night, the kids group at our church put on their final performance before the summer begins!

The Greatest Show on Earth! Thursday night we took Luke to the circus! We didn't tell him that we were going until the day before and he was so excited! All he talked about was seeing the clowns! We ended up getting great tickets on the 6th row with some friends from church. Of course, we were 30 minutes late because we went to eat before and were late getting the food. So, we missed the tigers but Luke didn't know any different so we didn't tell him! All of the kiddos and my non cooperative 3 year old!

Pumpkin Carving and Trunk or Treat. What a busy weekend! Saturday we had a pumpkin carving party with our Sunday School class. Of course, the kids didn't carve anything and the adults did all of the work! After the pumpkin carving, the kids headed out on a hay ride. We had a great time! Sunday started off with Dalton's first trip to church! We had to start getting ready 2 hours before and actually made it on time! That afternoon we headed to church to have Trunk or Treat! Trey carving our pumpkin.

Luke's New Big Boy Room! I finally got Luke's new furniture delivered today! I'm so excited and so was he until he figured out that he really was going to have to sleep in a new bed/ new room! I'm not ready to share pictures yet as the room is only painted and there are no decorations! Today we only got the bed and nightstand and the chest should come within the next week or so. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! A little late for the post but better late than never! Christmas this year was so awesome with Luke. He was totally into it! Boo at the Zoo! Last night we too a trip to Riverbanks Zoo for the annual Boo at the Zoo! We had a great time! Luke dressed up as Buzz Lightyear (of course) and we loaded up both boys and headed to the zoo. We didn't get to go last year so we were super excited to go! Reunion, Beach and Wedding.All in one week! So, this is what my life has been like the past nine days. I'm a Rocker Mom. And by this I don't mean that I'm into rock music. So, yesterday the band was ready for Dalton! Here is Dalton in his new DOC band! He doesn't mind it one bit! Of course, they are all white so we needed to add a little flair to it!
