http://thecookoosnest.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
How We Got Here. Tuesday, June 26, 2012. In the meantime, we would really love your prayers this month. We're going to be logging a lot of travel/moving/studying/working hours and can only hope that we come out unscathed and still mentally stable on the other side. Alas, it is better if we push through. :). See you in a month or so! Links to this post. Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Adoptable Tuesday (on Wednesday): Dakota! Have you ever seen a picture of a child that just makes you want to smile back at him?

The Cookoo's Nest: March 2012
http://thecookoosnest.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
How We Got Here. Monday, March 26, 2012. Layla is the color of coffee with a hint of caramel and cream. In certain lights, you can see a slight deep red tone in her skin. Her eyes are so black, that many times they appear to be whatever color surrounds her. She is always playing with the soft ringlets that sit on her head. She is the perfect combination of hispanic and and african american. She's stunning. Will the love that we instill in her in our home protect her from the outside world? The hardest pa...

Make Something Beautiful: True Love
http://danabell372.blogspot.com/2011/01/true-love.html
Tuesday, January 11, 2011. You know, I never understood the phrase falling in love with God. Make Jesus your "groom". etc. I knew growing up that I wanted to be a wife and mother. It was something that I treasured and dreamed for. I was picky about the guys I dated, even scared of the temptation. I prayed for my husband. It was something that I easily made an ideal in my life. Out of the song and word picture came time in the word and more thought. I started to paint and read scripture. He is wha...This ...

We missed Uncle Ryan and Wiley, but it was so fun getting to watch Kate and Graham play with their cousin Miller! Thanks again Caseys for a wonderful trip! We definitely missed a couple naptimes, but it was worth it to see them have fun together! When we ...

Tuesday, October 23, 2012. We are really going to miss everyone who has poured into us the past 4 years. That being said.on to a new chapter. We live near the KC Royals and TX Rangers spring training and fall ball facilities. Yes, those are giant cactuses. The view from the park by our house.the mountains seem so fake to me, like a backdrop!

Steps Of Faith: November 2013
http://ourgiantleapoffaith.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 8, 2013. Part two of our journey to baby #2. When we moved to Phoenix we immediately started the process to foster/adopt through the state. And it was a process! Do you see something missing from this story so far? So many people are called to go this route and are so needed, but we weren't. We didn't even ask "Hey God, do you want us to do this? Is this how you want us to grow our family? No There is so much freedom in Christ! Our way into heaven- thank goodness! This means that any day...

CLICK HERE FOR BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Sunday, May 16, 2010. So Far in May. The Lott Family: January 2009
http://lottfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
CLICK HERE FOR BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Sunday, January 18, 2009. Well, here I am again playing catch-up! I wanted to post about Kate's latest milestones over the last few months, mostly so I won't forget them! Our baby is definitely not a baby anymore! She has trouble with the "Gr" sound - around Christmas she simply called Kevin's Dad "B" instead of "Gramps." That's become "Bamps" now and she's changed the "Nay-nay" she used to call Cayman into "Nay-Nah." . She's added some really great moves to her dancing ...
