A healthy haven of food, fitness and soul. April 9, 2015. April 5, 2016. Created my own clean carrot cupcake recipe based on almond and coconut flour. Served them at a ladies luncheon and they were such a hit! They taste like the real deal, and have a dense and moist cakey texture. 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour sifted. 2 teaspoons Baking powder. 1 teaspoon Baking soda. 1 heaped tablespoon room temperature coconut oil. Cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, cloves (vital to use all). Low fat cream cheese.
