I had been feeling a little blue and glum, thanks in large part to the appallingly depressing winter here in Northern California. Gray every day, even when it's not actually raining. And not a thunderstorm in sight (I never thought I would miss Indiana weather! Just being in their presence helps me to check in and reground. What a world of difference a cup of coffee and some smart ladies can make for your self esteem.
