Thursday, 27 June 2013. Pizza is one of my favourite foods of all time. I love everything about it, cheap, easy and tasty. Although I love it, I don't very often go to the full effort of making my own, mainly because I really don't like the ready-made pizza bases that you find in the supermarkets. I made a few small adjustments to make my pizza bases from the original Jamie Oliver version, but believe me it's still as tasty and simple! 300g of '0' or '00' type flour (may also be listed as pasta flour).

Monday, 29 April 2013. I love steak. I don't think many things can beat a really good piece of steak. It has to be still a little pink on the inside and with a lovely crispy outside, unfortunately this doesn't always happen, especially when I have cooked it in the past. Thin cut piece of sirloin I bought from the butchers, cost £2.50! Asian Steak with Honey and Soy dressing. Ingredients for one person. 1 piece of thin cut sirloin steak. 1/2 tsp five spice powder. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 3 tbsp soy sauce.
