Tuesday, November 29, 2011. We decorated the Christmas tree last night. It practically killed the girls to wait ALL the way until Monday. It may have actually been legitimate child torture. I'm looking into it. Abe seemed mildy interested. Mostly he wanted to put the tiny silver ball ornaments into his mouth. I don't want to care for that injury. However, this morning as soon as he woke up, we took him to the tree and he was mesmerized. It was the best thing I have seen in a while. I might have cried.

Monday, March 12, 2012. We continued to have a blast and wear ourselves completely out! Polly wanted to see the princesses. Macy is apparently over this phase. The girls kept getting comments about how they looked like Ariel. Personally, I think Polly is lovelier. Abe liked anything on a boat or train. Which is quite a lot. Really, he just liked everything. Saturday, August 25, 2012. Leo is doing well so far. It's a bummer to see how much he's been poked and how much he has to be hooked up to, but we know it's not much compared to what's coming. His first heart surgery is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. It should take about 6 hours. We are holding him as much as we can before then. He is absolutely beautiful and we love him a whole bunch. Saturday, August 17, 2013. The important question here is: What have we been doing with our summers if we haven't been going to Bear Lake? This little nugget loves the sand and the water. These kids spent most of the day building a hot tub, of course. It was a lot of digging. and digging. Babies in diapers ranks high. Leo and Moe having important conversations.
