Sunday, December 15, 2013. This was my view as hubby drove to work early Saturday morning. On HWY B, it had not been plowed and the snow was high and the road was slick. 4WD almost the entire way. Saturday, April 26, 2014. First Dewey Marathon Entry. I am super excited to be participating and cheering for all those readers. The last time I did the Dewey Readathon was many years ago - I think it was 5 or so. If memory serves me right, no way did I come close to finishing all the books I wanted to, but man did I have fun! And the food was awesome :) It's always a good thing to come together and read, read and read some more! The people behind this event are super sweet and work so hard: THANK YOU!

Wednesday, December 4, 2013. Around 6 :30 last night my husband presented me with an early Christmas present: seven very adorable nubian/boar female goats. Aren't they awesome?
