Thurm made the boys little walking staffs out of pruned branches of our peach tree. The boys love them. Oh I love this little face! I love this face too! Nice way to wake up in the morning : ). Saturday, February 23, 2013. The boys have been sleeping in the same bed lately. I think its so sweet. Cute little brothers. OH she is so cute! I can't get enough of her! According to Quinn, Jens climbed into the top drawer, jumped onto the bed, bounced and landed face first on the footboard. Lucky it was just a black eye. Valentine's dinner with flowers from Thurm : ) The best part was that the boys were watching a movie in the other room so we could actually talk to each other. Where are you spring?

Tuesday, October 16, 2012. Quinn and Jens, silly little best friends, have been saying "Macaroni Chon Chee" alot lately and laughing histerically. I guess that's how Jens pronouced Macaroni and Cheese one time and daddy made fun of him. so now its their favorite word. Crying baby. More later. Papa Tony loves our kids, probably because they call him Papa Tony. Grandma H came to stay for 6 days. She helped us make Jack-o-lanterns. I didn't do a single dish while she was here! Quinn was sad to see her go.

Tuesday, May 15, 2012. So had a pretty good week of training last week. Speedwork was rough and I got pretty horrible stomach cramps just as I started the last mile. Until then I was able to run 7, 90 sec, 400s with 200m of jogging in between. Pretty exciting for a guy who hasn't run fast in a while. On Saturday we raced a local 5km and won it! The Johansens' friends Helaman and Camilla were visiting from Chile and were able to spend Christmas with us.
