Everyday seems like a Monday to me, in that I feel each day has a certain amount of potential and it is my daily responsibility to answer for each day's possibilities. I am so stern, so austere. It is the chore that has the most pay-off for me, though to be fair, I also like cleaning the car and vacuuming. It started out as a rainy, cold morning and I was sad. Wednesday, May 6, 2009. Lauren sent me some pictures from Easter. We went to the Menger for lunch with the family and Taylor was fascinated with the belly and the water fountain outside. She and Phillip were throwing rocks in the water. She loves the outdoors just like her uncle Phil :). Holly got to feel Callie kicking around after some delicious pasta at Macaroni Grill. Monday, August 3, 2009. It's hard to believe August is here already. Callie will be three months old on the 10th. I am taking some time off until the end of October and then will go back to teaching my little 4th graders. Lately, I have been missing the kiddos at school, although being home with Callie is WAY more fun! Cant get over how cute callie is! Wednesday, April 28, 2010. We are celebrating Callie's 1st birthday! She has brought us so much joy and laughter this past year. I picked some pictures from the last six months since it's been that long since I've posted anything. I cannot wait for school to get out because Callie loves to swim and I'm ready to hit the pool! Callie in her birthday giddup. We found this bluebonnet patch outside the dentist office. The flowers were incredible in the hill country this year. The family at Easter.

Fabulous @ 8 pm. Monday, June 16, 2014. Nap times, deferred. I am sitting here listening to Ruth Ann Swenson, the opera singer, and trying to tune out the whining of Julia Noel, the two year old. Back in her crib, Camilla, the three month old is also trying to nap. There's precious little "success" around these parts these days. These days, I really worry about my scholarship. I really do. Because I can't get to it. It's so far away from me. I am so tired. I am so tired. I start to beat myself up less.

Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Because of the madness of Valentine's, (and some "online reservations" that went badly), Phillip and I waited until the next night to go out. We ended up eating at the Gristmill in Gruene and walking around town. Although we practically live around the corner from Gruene, going there never gets old for me. Also, a 27 weeks pregnant pic! She's growing so fast. It's awesome. Friday, February 13, 2009. I promise we were watching them at all times. Just a few of my little lovelies.
