My oven can cook anything. Had these for breakfast, mega yummy! They were huge, totally filled the plate, but also really puffed up… You can actually make them whatever size you fancy but huge ones were really fun… Dread to think how many calories! We enjoyed these with maple syrup, golden syrup or honey. Both baby and pre- schooler loved them. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 tbsp caster sugar. 1 tbsp maple syrup. 300ml milk (I used skimmed but would have preferred semi or full fat, especially with feeding kids).
