Tuesday, December 20, 2011. We were able to take a week long family vacation to the San Diego area this past month. It was the first time we have flown with kids.and although they did very well we're not in a hurry to do it again. To board in Pasco. Unfortunately we had to wait quite a while as our original flight was canceled due to fog and we had to wait for the next plane. Can't tell these two are related, can you? Wednesday, March 13, 2013. This little doll turned 1 year old on February 12. I can't believe how fast the past year has flown by! She is a true joy - her smile fills her face and comes so easily. She loves her books. Birthday cupcakes - "Can I eat it now? She was a big fan.ate the whole thing. Checking out her new computer. Birthday cupcakes round 2. The chocolate frosting really adds to the look. And now a funny comparison - Hazel versus her cousin Lane. Playing at the park in George! Living the dream ...

Monday, June 17, 2013. Here's the latest on the big H -. March 21 marked Hudson's 6th birthday. I can't believe how fast this boy is growing up! Total farm boy now - he actually told me recently that he loves living on the farm and wouldn't want to move to town (even to live next door to his cousin! He is a serious reader now! Here he is in the van reading his Bible on the way home from church. Makes a mama proud. :). We got to enjoy some one-on-one time while in Richland for a home school conference.

Monday, February 20, 2012. Hazel Jane joined our family at 10:33AM on Sunday, February 12. She weighed in at 6lbs, 7oz and was 19 inches long. New life is such a miracle! As a side note.I think she may have blonde hair and blue eyes.how crazy would that be for a Koethke baby? Our poor girl's face was all bruised purple from delivery. I joked to Christian that maybe we should have named her Violet instead of Hazel. Such a little thing! All packed into the car seat ready to head home. Play in the Snow.

Definitely our messiest eater yet! Trying out sister's goggles. Sometimes she is actually helpful. Now, if only I can keep her from pulling the flowers and veggies. Playing trains with Hudson. Wednesday, June 13, 2012. Here are some random photos from the last 2 months. No doubt about it.Hudson loves his baby sister! This is how Livia came down to breakfast one morning - wearing her footie pajamas and her dress up heels. Too cute! Hudson reading to his sisters. Hazel and her cousin Lane checking each other out while Livia looked on. Now we're having fun! Hazel always has a smile for bath time. I still don't think these two look much alike. Her little lopsided half smile. Mental health Monday :).

Thursday, August 23, 2012. These three blonde boys belong to my cousin and have been a very real part of our summer. Hudson has LOVED having these boys around to play with this summer.
