Thursday, July 4, 2013. We are super excited to introduce our new little miss! She arrived just after 1 pm on june 26, and we are so in love :). We heard a lot of "oh, wow" comments when they weighed this big girl - she's 10 lb, 6 oz! Mama's guess was 9 lb like big sis, but that was a tad off. So glad for the help of mamaw the last couple of weeks of pregnancy since this mama was moving in sloooooow motion - although now it's a little clearer why! Thursday, July 04, 2013 12:02:00 PM. A little shopping, and then we stopped to check out this new russell stover store. A nearby billboard advertised $1 single scoop ice cream. It was worth every penny, and good to the last drop. Art has been the favorite activity the last few weeks - coloring, cutting, stamps, stickers. they love it all, and so do i. :) their creations are so fun, and they're so proud of them. These last 2 were while big bro was at school. the scrapbooking stuff was still out from the night before, so we had a little girl party together. she was a BIG help. :). Sunday, September 16, 2012. Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Getting ready for lil sis. It's exciting to think and talk about our new lil sis, even though we don't really know what to expect or how to get ready sometimes. we did have a fun time decorating a couple of gift bags for her, and we packed up a couple little toys inside that we picked out for her. Albums ended up being quick, easy, and fun - so i cranked out a few more. it's nice to have notes and cards somewhere besides just in a box now. Finished yet. :). I feel totally spoiled!

These kiddos were treated quite well this holiday, and had a ton of fun getting valentines:. 1: mail for each of them, and a $2 bill in each card! 2: a package in the mail, filled with all kinds of goodies and noisemakers. 3: cards for each of them, with *more* money inside. Thursday, June 21, 2012. Lunch at los cabos. Too bad that doesn't say lunch IN los cabos, but this was a pretty good substitute. delicious mexican food, a clown doing balloon art, and time with the family on a sunday. Thing 2 wasn't so sure about the clown, but she was definitely intrigued - and loved her flower corsage. Thing 1 got spiderman riding a motorcycle, and enjoyed "brrrrrrmmmm-ing" it along the table. Friday, August 31, 2012. Travel, travel, travel. In case you haven't noticed, we've been on the go this whole year. although it's not without its challenges, it's been awesome fun for the most part. the next few months is actually what we (read: i) are dreading. the separation. daddy going to work for at least a week at a time. the kids and i staying home. our families being too many miles away. Ah yes, i've digressed. i was writing about how fun it is to travel, so back to it. Money at the gas stations.
