The ShugaBowl
http://theshugabowl.blogspot.com/2008/09/power-went-out-at-work-today.html
Thursday, September 25, 2008. The power went out at work today. I happened to be at the counter by the front door, so I could still see. But I knew that in the warehouse there’s no light. As soon as it went out, I could hear Ohhh! All over the building. :). The power goes out and it’s my fault? For about a minute, you could hear the conversation being yelled back and forth across the warehouse. I’ve never been anywhere but the office when the power’s failed before. ‘Twas a new experience. The ShugaBowl: It's That Kind of Day
http://theshugabowl.blogspot.com/2010/03/its-that-kind-of-day.html
Wednesday, March 10, 2010. It's That Kind of Day. I've been enjoying some majorly amazing weather this week. Jon and I wake up hearing the same birds we have been all winter (since none have migrated back yet), but they all are using their spring voices, flirting with each other in the early morning treetops. The mourning doves were cooing at me this morning on my way to the garage. It's the kind of day that everyone loves. The kind of day that says spring is just around the corner. At 4/06/2010 11:35 PM.

The ShugaBowl: Proud to be Part of Our Team
http://theshugabowl.blogspot.com/2008/06/proud-to-be-part-of-our-team.html
Sunday, September 28, 2008. Proud to be Part of Our Team. Truly our society is moving forward in the field of safety innovation. Sometimes the delivery drivers park a little far from the loading dock and our guys have had to stretch precariously across the divide. This piece of equipment is designed to bridge the gap without endangering the men to a fall. In response to a recent accident involving a fallen garage door, several safety helmets were purchased to protect the warehouse workers. I broke the no...

The ShugaBowl: THEY'RE KILLING ME!!!

Friday, October 17, 2008. Can we get any "less uneducated"? Check out this audio clip. From the Howard Stern show. The interviewers surveyed people on the streets of Harlem about their support for Obama, attributing all of McCain's policies to Obama. And no one even noticed! Posted by cori 10/17/2008 05:01:00 PM. The ShugaBowl: May 2005
http://theshugabowl.blogspot.com/2005_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 31, 2005. An account of a unforgettable event. Delightful. That is how to describe the picnic we attended yesterday. I searched for a word all morning to accurately describe the friends we were with, the food we ate, the weather we enjoyed, all of it. Except of course the waffles and ice cream. They were not delightful. They were absolutely sinful! I just love Mrs. Horn’s desserts! The company included my family, the Horns, and Joy Cortez, whom I met back in February, I think? Chocolate syru...

I took the little sweetheart I babysit to the park, where we spent the morning taking pictures. Right when spring was in full bloom! She was a great sport, and we had such a nice time :). God Bless, and Happy Spring my friends! Scroll down for a few pictures. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). From Sunrise to Sunset.
