Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Okay, okay.so it's been a little too long since I posted last. I'm a slacker, what can I say? Things have been pretty ordinary around here. Been going to school, raising Michael, so on and so forth. Troy showed Michael how to break clay pigeons over his head.probably not the smartest thing, but Michael didn't stop doing it until all the pigeons were broken. I thought poor Beth was gonna have some problems from laughing so hard! We'll definitely be updating tomorrow.

The day after the rodeo Bud and I had to make the long journey to Carlsbad California, which is always so much fun. We left Gabe with Grandma and Grandpa Smitherman for the night and headed south to the beach. We will find out in the next few weeks if an offer comes in, I'll keep you posted! Monday, May 25, 2009. One day we had a family day to the Orchidario in Santos. It was beautiful and reminded us of how GREEN Brazil is ( of course, you never forget because GREEN is everywhere! Dorothy House sponsored walk. A team of eleven enjoyed an 8 mile walk from Dorothy House to the Bath rugby ground (the Rec). In all about 300 walkers took part in the event. The weather was kind to us but a little cold and wet under foot. It was good to catch up with everyone and enjoyed watching England V France at the rugby ground, shame about the result!
