I was called in for an emergency consultation by a receiver that had just taken over a 217 room, mid-scale hotel in Biloxi Mississippi. A Streamline Study begins with a client consultation followed by an analysis of pertinent documents and a two-day house call to see first-hand what the issue(s) might be. I traveled to Biloxi to review the 217 room property of which 197 rooms had two double beds.
