Deposit is refundable prior to 30 days of your scheduled arrival date (minus a $30. processing fee). No refund will be issued within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date. You must be at least 21 years old to rent the property. Tax = 6% state sales tax and 3% county hotel tax. Cleaning fee $50 / stay. Total must be paid in full prior to check-in.

Sitting on the front porch talking with the neighbors and passers by is reminicent of life in the 50s. The house is over 100 years old. We tried to maintain the character of the house during our extensive remodeling. Everyone feels at home as soon as they enter. We only rent the entire house. You are the only occupants.

We are not a bed and breakfast. Maximum of 6 guests. Unregestered guests are not permitted on the property. Minimum 2 night stay. No refund of the deposit is given if cancellation is received within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations prior to 30 days of the arrival date will incur a $30. processing fee.

Key to the house is inside. Lift up the rubber cover from the bottom. Press the buttons for the code that we provided you. You will feel a slight click when they are depressed properly. To replace the cover, you need to enter the code again. place the cover on from the bottom first, then push it back into place and it will lock.
